DESERT VISTA

 The Desert Vista Campus will hold Veteran’s Appreciation Day on Nov. 11 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on the patio.

 On Nov. 14-15, a Native American Heritage Celebration will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on the patio.

The Thanksgiving basket give-away will end Nov. 14. You can enter at the Student Life Office.

 The canned food drive will end on Nov. 16 at the Student Life Office.

DOWNTOWN CAMPUS

The Downtown Campus Student Life Center will accept donations Monday through Friday for the East Coast victims of Hurricane Sandy.

Donors can bring clothing, blankets, hygiene supplies and nonperishable items to Room LB-171 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The Students Veterans Organization will have a flag folding ceremony Nov. 8 at noon.

EAST CAMPUS

 Redhouse Dancers will perform on the East Campus student mall Nov. 8 from noon-1 p.m. Native artists will also be at the student mall on Nov. 8 and 9 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

A fry bread sale will be held in the library courtyard on Nov. 8 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

On Nov. 21, Holiday Jazz will play with Larry Redhouse on the student mall from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

NORTHWEST CAMPUS

Northwest Campus will host a free Veterans Day breakfast Nov. 8 from 9-11 a.m. on the second level. All veterans who provide proper identification will receive a free meal.

Student Life will sponsor blood drives on Nov. 14, 20 and 21 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

A Native American celebration will take place Nov. 14 from noon-3 p.m. on the second level. An Evening Coffee House event will follow from 4-6 p.m.

Nov. 20: Fashion Association baked goods and accessories for sale in the bookstore lobby from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
